The 12 climate chambers (PERSIVAL) are fitted with partially faulty fluorescent tubes, the manufacture of which has been banned since 24 August 2023.
Lower energy consumption
Lighting suited to humid areas and misting
Adaptation to the control system of the existing lamps

A smart, state-of-the-art installation
50% reduction in energy consumption.
Same light level maintained
Adaptation of the new lighting to the existing control system
As part of this project, we implemented a twofold optimisation of energy consumption:

Replacement of more than 300 fluorescent tubes, with a 50% saving in energy consumption, while improving lighting performance.

Integration of PAR sensors to programme 4 research zones with the desired PPFD.
Each climate chamber was fitted with custom LED tubes (length and power) to ensure light uniformity in every chamber, whatever its size.
The shelves in each of the 12 chambers were carefully dismantled and fitted with dimmable drivers and waterproof LED tubes with click connectors.
The largest climate chamber was fitted with two lamp controllers with PAR sensors, making it possible to programme four research zones with the desired PPFD.
To ensure full compatibility with the existing infrastructure, we designed a custom solution. This included developing UV-resistant drivers, brackets, cables and click connectors for quick, flexible installation. The design is intended to simplify long-term maintenance, with components that are all individually replaceable.
At F.O.G, every component of our grow lights can be replaced in the event of a failure, making for an economical and sustainable solution. This approach allows growers to carry out the work themselves, reducing maintenance costs while ensuring optimal use over the long term.
With F.O.G, benefit from an innovative solution, custom-designed to meet the requirements of your infrastructure, while making your energy consumption as efficient as possible.
