Data we process

  • Order and account data: surname, first name, billing and delivery addresses, email, phone, order history.
  • Business data (B2B): company name, VAT number / UID, country, business sector.
  • Payment data: processed directly by our payment service providers; we do not store your card details.
  • Browsing data: collected through cookies and similar technologies (see the Cookies section).

Purposes and legal bases

We process your data in order to process and deliver your orders, manage your customer account, provide after-sales service and guarantee cover, send reminders for and collect unpaid invoices, comply with our legal and accounting obligations and, with your consent, send you our newsletter. The legal bases are the performance of the contract, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interest in managing and improving our business, and your consent where it is required.

Recipients

Your data is shared only with the service providers needed to fulfil your order: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment service providers, carriers (Swiss Post, Planzer, FedEx), our invoicing tool and our email marketing tool. If an invoice remains unpaid, the data needed to collect it may be passed on to the debt enforcement office, the competent court or a debt collection agent. We do not sell your data. Some service providers may process data outside Switzerland or the European Union; in that case, appropriate safeguards are put in place (standard contractual clauses, countries recognised as providing an adequate level of protection).

Retention period

Your data is kept for as long as necessary for the purposes described, and then for the period required by our legal obligations (in particular the ten-year retention of accounting records under Swiss law).

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and objection and, for data subjects in the European Union, the right to restriction of processing and to data portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to contact@futureofgrow.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent authority: in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC); in the European Union, the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
