Product Description

The ARS-2 is a dedicated control station for infrared air conditioners, designed to work with TrolMaster Hydro-X, Tent-X and Green-X systems (models HCS-2, HCS-3, TCS-1 and GCS-1). It acts as a universal remote control for mini-split air conditioners and other IR-controlled units, learning signals directly from the original remote control. ARS-2 can set two separate setpoints for day and night, automatically adjusting air conditioner operation according to the sensors and parameters set in the controller.

A direct evolution of the ARS-1, the ARS-2 brings an expanded capability: it can learn and send temperature commands in AUTO, COOL and HEAT modes. This makes it possible to manage more varied temperature ranges, adapted to environmental needs. Once the device is connected to the compatible controller, the ARS-2 automatically transmits the desired setpoints, taking into account the status of the photocell and temperature sensor. The system then sends the appropriate infrared signals to the air conditioner to keep the day/night setpoints active.

The ARS-2 can also be used to define a period of complete deactivation. By strategically setting the temperature of one of the periods (day or night), the air conditioner can remain switched off during this period, offering flexible, automated management perfectly adapted to the desired operating cycles.
